Shift style is definitely out for me too. But I have a dress based in a similar era hanging in my closet as encouragement to stick to watching my diet and keeping to my workout plan. It is just begging for a swing party or a WWII re-enactment. The 70s and 60s can't be the only decades that get fashion revivials.
Been eyeing that dress at Shade since it came out. I actually have a pattern for a similar dress but I am nursing (and have been for the last 15 years). I just love dresses too. Bums me out.
