Okay, can I say I'm SOOO excited to find your blog AND to read your articles over at F&F??? I'm a wife of 3.5 yrs to a wonderful hubby (who I have to dress b/c he's a typical male and wears whatever is first to come out of his closet and comfy) and mom of 2 and re-learning how to dress myself in something other than tshirts and pj pants. I LOVE your apron article and am totally making myself a feminine, cutesy apron to wear so my kids don't get me stained and dirty :). Great ideas! Looking forward to following you on both sites :)! I LOVE MY APRON! I was inspired when I first saw the line offered by Kitchen Madonna. I couldn't afford one (as beautiful as they are!), so I made my own and I love it!
When I put my apron on, I am (as you mentioned) more aware of my vocation, more excited about the mundane tasks (that have to be done whether I like it or not) and more eager to jump into my day!
