Laura was kind enough to recommend SoundCloud to me a couple of months back. (Thanks, Laura! I love it!)
I had been looking for a way to upload personal music without actually offering it for sale or download, and it looks like this should work just fine indeed. Very cool.
I hope you’ll bear with me while I play around with uploading various tracks. To start, here are a few songs my cute husband wrote and recorded in our walk-in closet (assuming this works, of course):
Take care, girls!

Fun, fun, fun! Thank you for sharing these!
Yay! I've been waiting for this post!
I LOVE THESE SONGS! You should put together a CD — I would totally buy it! You have a beautiful voice too, Hals!
As I closeted song recorder myself (literally, in my closet or, my fav, the bathroom), what do you use for music? A keyboard?
Thanks, girls!
Caitie – Yes, he just uses a keyboard. I think that's crazy. The whole process boggles my mind.
These songs are fab. Very fun and attractive. You guys should do something with them.

WOW! That first one made me feel so happy! YAY! Awesome work, Dan!

Yay! Glad I could help!
Betty – I am one of those lame people who never comments, but always reads. I love your blog, and having JUST started one myself, I thought I had better start getting out there.
Thanks for being a shining beacon of femininity and strong womanhood – in the best sense
Jon and I love this music, especially the first song. Thanks for sharing your husband's talent with the internet world. We want to buy a CD!
I Love these songs! I had lost hope that there wasn't any good Catholic contemporary rock music. My 7 year old daughter Hannah has tried to get me interested in Faith and Worship music, but it just isn't doing for me. When I heard Dan's songs my hope was restored. I hope he keeps creating more music like this! Can you or Dan recommend any other music.
